Carol began her career in 1980 as a full-time voice-over artist and later went on to become a writer/producer on ad agency retail and lottery accounts such as Wisconsin Lottery and Shopko stores. She went on to freelance for several years for major corporations like Intel, Marriott, and American Express, as well as produce content for CNBC. In 1993, she founded the Broadcast Department of the nationally recognized Arlene Wilson Management (later known as Aria Talent) in Milwaukee, and later became the Talent Agency Director and headed up the Voice-Over Department for the agency's Atlanta, Chicago and Milwaukee offices before moving to Denver to establish Go Voices.
In 2019, Carol retired and left behind a legacy of leadership, integrity, and ethics that will remain in place at Go Voices and in the community at large for years to come.
Josh has worked on nearly every side of the entertainment industry over the past 20 years. After working in casting on NBC reality shows and time as an associate producer with E! Entertainment package shows, Josh relocated to Chicago where he directed and produced several sketch and improv shows while also working as a Touring Company Stage Manager for The Second City, which included a USO Tour to Iraq and Kuwait in 2004. After "retiring" from the touring life, Josh created the position of Company Manager of The Second City Touring & Theatricals division, and was subsequently promoted to Production Manager. After some wonderful years in Chicago, Josh moved back to California where he took over as the assistant to the Senior Vice President of Fox Feature Casting. While at Fox, Josh had the pleasure to assist in casting all of Fox's animated feature films such as ICE AGE IV, Ferdinand the Bull, Leafmen, and BOOK OF LIFE, as well as live action features like A GOOD DAY TO DIE HARD and THE WOLVERINE. Looking for a new challenge and more seasons, Josh moved to Denver and happily found both.

As an agent at Go Voices, Laura displays the same curiosity, grace, and humor that she brings to all aspects of her life.
