Beginning in 1980 as a full-time voice over artist, she later went on to become a writer/producer. After working on ad agency retail and lottery accounts such as Wisconsin Lottery and Shopko stores, she went on to freelance for several years. She wrote and produced segments for major corporations, like Intel, Marriott, and American Express, that would air on CNBC, produced a United Cerebral Palsy Telethon, made music videos and produced nature documentaries for the Audubon Society.
In 1993, she founded the Broadcast Department of the nationally known Arlene Wilson Management (now known as Ford Models and Aria Talent) in Milwaukee, and went on to become the Talent Agency Director and to head up the Voiceover Department for the agency's Atlanta, Chicago and Milwaukee offices.
By taking all of her experience and industry knowledge from the last 30 years and establishing her own agency, "Go Voices" Now Carol has established Go Voices, which is quickly becoming the premier voice over agency in the industry.
